Full-Time/Part-Time Positions Available

Our Guest Attendants can expect to see a base pay of $15-17/hr. plus any bonuses or commissions. We pay our employees weekly.



This role is a Guest-facing position. While Attendants help throughout the wash, they are primarily outdoors serving our Guests in the vacuum area. They must help to keep the site both clean and inviting to our Guests while maintaining a positive attitude.
Washtopia is a fast-paced environment and the ability to work on your feet throughout the day in indoor AND outdoor spaces is a must.

  • Duties & Responsibilities


GENERAL

  • Maintain a positive attitude and a professional appearance at all times
  • Always be attentive to the needs of our Guests

  • Perform tasks daily as needed

GUEST SERVICE

  • Be knowledgeable of what each part of our wash packages does in the vehicle cleaning process
  • Be knowledgeable of the differences between various wash packages
  • Guide Guest vehicles into the wash area with a focused, pleasant, and competent demeanor
  • Perform visual inspections of the condition of each vehicle prior to sending it through the wash
  • Interact with Guests in the vacuum area to resolve issues, touch up vehicles and answer questions

ADDITIONAL DUTIES

  • Perform visual inspections in the tunnel and equipment room to ensure all equipment and chemicals are functioning properly
  • Perform all assigned preventive maintenance tasks
  • Keep the entire property clean and ensure that everything is well-organized
  • Keep vacuums unclogged, hoses hung properly, and trash cans emptied
  • Ensure that the Guest restroom is kept clean and well-stocked
  • Support the sign-up of new VIP Wash Club members
  • Other duties as assigned
