What We Offer:

Role Overview:

This is a Guest-facing position that plays a vital role in creating an inviting experience. While you’ll assist throughout the wash, your primary focus will be outdoors, serving our Guests in the vacuum area. We’re looking for individuals who can keep the site clean and welcoming while maintaining a positive, energetic attitude.

Our fast-paced environment requires the ability to be on your feet throughout the day, working both indoors and outdoors.

• Duties & Responsibilities

GENERAL

• Maintain a positive attitude and a professional appearance at all times

• Always be attentive to the needs of our Guests

• Be helpful, polite, and courteous at all times

• Address all Guest concerns in a professional manner

• Be a productive member of the team

• Adhere to all policies and procedures

• Perform tasks daily as needed

GUEST SERVICE

• Be knowledgeable of what each part of our wash packages does in the vehicle cleaning process

• Be knowledgeable of the differences between various wash packages

• Guide Guest vehicles into the wash area with a focused, pleasant, and competent demeanor

• Perform visual inspections of the condition of each vehicle prior to sending it through the wash

• Interact with Guests in the vacuum area to resolve issues, touch up vehicles and answer questions

ADDITIONAL DUTIES

• Perform visual inspections in the tunnel and equipment room to ensure all equipment and chemicals are functioning properly

• Perform all assigned preventive maintenance tasks

• Keep the entire property clean and ensure that everything is well-organized

• Keep vacuums unclogged, hoses hung properly, and trash cans emptied

• Ensure that the Guest restroom is kept clean and well-stocked

• Support the sign-up of new VIP Wash Club members

• Other duties as assigned
