Join our team at Washtopia Car Wash in Smyrna, TN as a Part-Time Sales Associate in the Customer Service / Sales department. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional guest service and driving sales for our car wash services.

Our Sales Associates earn up to $25 per hour (including commissions and bonuses). All are paid weekly.

This position involves direct interaction with guests. While Sales Associates contribute to various tasks throughout the car wash, their primary responsibility is facilitating purchases and actively selling car wash memberships. Candidates should be comfortable and effective salespeople and naturally motivated toward hospitality.

• The candidate must be available to work in the evenings and on weekends.

GUEST SERVICE

• Be knowledgeable of what each part of our wash packages does in the vehicle cleaning process

• Be knowledgeable of the differences between various wash packages

• Guide Guest vehicles into the wash area with a focused, pleasant, and competent demeanor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
