The Sales Associate role is a guest facing position. While they help throughout the wash, they are primarily indoors serving our guests at the sales window. They must help to keep the site both clean and inviting to our guests while maintaining a positive attitude.

Compensation

Our Wash Attendants can expect to see a base pay of $15-$16/hr plus commission and bonus compensation from our VIP membership sales.

We pay our employees weekly.

Duties & Responsibilities -

General

• Maintain a positive attitude and a professional appearance at all times

• Always be attentive to the needs of our guests

• Be helpful, polite, and courteous at all times

• Address all customer concerns in a professional manner

• Be a productive member of the team

• Adhere to all policies and procedures and perform tasks on a daily basis as needed

• Grow both personally and professionally while having fun

Sales

• Be knowledgeable of what each part of our wash packages does in the vehicle cleaning process

• Be knowledgeable of the differences between of various wash packages

• Up-sell guests to better wash packages

• Sign up guests to our monthly VIP plans

• Be proficient with DRB Systems’ Point-of-Sale system

• Promote and sell gift cards and other special programs

Additional Duties

• Ensure that the office is kept cleaned, well stocked and organized
• Load vehicles safely into the wash tunnel
  
• Other duties as assigned
